Guidelines for submission of abstracts

Each abstract must have at least one author who has registered to EASTMAG-2004 and who will present the paper at the Symposium. It is preferred that there will be only one abstract per registered participant.

Each abstract must be submitted via online before March 15, 2004.
File format can be Microsoft Word or RTF (Rich Text File). Each abstract is limited to one page in length. The required styles for the abstract are illustrated in template.

The abstracts will be reviewed, and notification of acceptance/rejection will be e-mailed by April 15, 2004. Accepted abstracts will be collected in the Abstracts booklet.

Abstracts should be short, clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure. Text in MS WORD or RTF should be written in English on one page (A4 format, 210 mmx297 mm, using the typing area 170 mmx210 mm with a margin of 25 mm on the left and top margin of 35 mm), Line spacing 1,0, Times New Roman, letter size 12 pts and justified. The title should be written in capitals and separated by one line from the authors' names and affiliation (that should be in Italic style), with the presenting author's name underlined. The e-mail address of the presenting author should be given also. There should be additional one-line spacing between the e-mail address and the main text. References should be enclosed in square parentheses [1]. Figures (in .JPG or .GIF formats) may be inserted in the text. The subject and desirable way of presentation have to be shown at the end of every page (outside of the abstract text).

Please, pay attention that the recommended line spacing has been changed from 1.5 to 1.0 now! The authors who have sent their abstracts with the line spaņing 1.5 have the possibility to change their text to the 1.0 line spacing (if they wish).
