Citizens of other countries must carry a valid passport and visa to enter Russia. We will mail a personal letter of invitation to all foreign participants. This letter is required if you apply for the Russian visa at nearest Russian Embassy, Consulate or Office of Tourism. To hasten the process of preparing your official invitation letter you should send us the copy of your passport as soon as possible. You may send it by e-mail: eastmag@kirensky.ru in PDF format or by fax: +7-3912-438923. We also need the passport copy of your accompanying person, if you have any.
For any visa problem, please, contact the Conference Secretariat.
The Organizers of the Conference shall not be responsible for partial or complete loss of health of the participants during their stay in Russia. Therefore, the Organizers strongly recommend to all the foreign participants to provide in their own the insurance covering, in case of need, all necessary medical care.
Arriving by Air
Direct international flights to Krasnoyarsk are not present. The schedule of flights for the European countries from S.-Petersburg (the Airport of the Pulkovo) are submitted on a site (http://www.pulkovo.ru).

The Organizing Committee of the Conference will provide the hotel reservation for participants.
We strongly recommend you to send the request for hotel reservation ahead of time, namely until June 20, 2004, by e-mail: eastmag@kirensky.ru. Only in presence of your request, the Organizing Committee guarantees you the reservation.
